ANSWERED! 🙂
You’ve got questions and we’ve got answers. Any questions that we have had before are answered here. As we think of more to add, we will!
Sure if the hair permits. Let me give you some examples to further explain. Each dog, regardless if they are same breed or not, has different hair (silly genetics). I’m happy to keep your dog is a long hair cut, short hair cut, make your yorkie look like a schnauzer, give your dog a mohawk. The hair cut is up to you, not me! 🙂
This is another question that I would have to say, I can tell you what I would do based on what you like. So if I know that you like your dog with a long hair cut but you just aren’t sure you can manage it in between grooms, I might suggest that you do a fluffy hair cut that isn’t extremely long so you can’t brush through it. But short enough that by the time you get back for another groom your dog won’t be solid mats.
Yes and we have your drop them off to us: Tuesday through Friday you drop your dog off between 7-9AM. On Saturdays, you drop your dog off between 7-8AM. And we call you as soon as your doggie is ready to go.
No, we do nail trims any day that we are opened before 12 NOON. So come on down, it only takes a couple of minutes and your doggie will be ready to go.
Of course, what ever is convenient for you. If you are coming in just for nail trims, you are welcome to bring in your dogs together, separate, however it is easier for you. As for a groom, we go by what is available on the schedule. If you want your doggies to come in together, we will tell you are available days according to how many doggies you are bring in. If you are happier bringing them in separate, that is fine too. Again, it is done however is more convenient for you.
No longer than necessary. The sooner you drop off the sooner I can get your dog back to you. So, if you have your dog there around 7 or 7:30AM then I can get your dog back sooner than if you drop your dog off around 8:30 or 9AM. The longest part of the process is drying time. If you work, no problem! Some people like to pick on their lunch break, have a relative or friend pick up their dog(s) or we are open till 3PM during the week and 2PM on Saturdays. Those who work also love that we are open on Saturdays so they can work around their work schedules.
We do both hand drying and cage drying. Neither of which has heaters, so there is no need to worry about your doggie(s) getting overheated. If you doggie doesn’t like the hand dryers, no worries, we don’t use them on doggies who are afraid (and the same goes for cage drying). That’s right, your pet gets a customized bath and/or groom to fit your doggie’s needs.
We have a refer-a-friend program. Here is how it works. If you have referred your friend to us, your friend or family member (must be in separate households) will make an appointment. At the time of their appointment they must tell us that you were the one who referred them. Once they notify us, we will give you a discount of 10%, up to $5 off, of your next groom. I’m sorry but nail trim walk-ins are not included in the refer-a-friend discount program. Also, if your friend or family member brings in a new customer coupon (if there is one being offered at the time), you do not qualify for a referral discount.
