If you need to contact us regarding a change in your doggie’s hair cut, you MUST call in order to guarantee that we have been made aware of these changes. Any emails sent regarding hair cuts may or may not be read BEFORE your doggie comes in for his/her groom.

If you need to change your appointment day, please call or text us. If you text, you will receive a confirmation text reply by the end of business hours. If you do not receive a reply, your text may not have been received so please try again or follow up with a call. Thank you!
